All deposits must be made using payment methods available on the ZN999 platform at the time of transaction. You may only deposit funds from payment sources owned by and registered in your name. ZN999 does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are detailed on the deposit page of the platform.
Where familiar Pakistani payment infrastructure is referenced — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — this is for informational context only. ZN999 does not represent that these providers endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions. Availability of any specific payment method is subject to change without notice and depends on applicable regulations.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. ZN999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by method and are not guaranteed:

ZN999 may void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors, incorrect data feeds, clearly erroneous odds, event abandonment or circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control. In such cases, original stakes are returned to the account wallet.
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live dealer results in real-time streaming environments. ZN999 does not influence game outcomes. Displayed Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ZN999 and may result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture and legal action:
Enforcement: ZN999 actively monitors accounts for prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is confirmed, ZN999 reserves the right to void all associated bets and winnings, close the account and retain funds pending investigation. All content on the ZN999 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, odds presentation and structural layout — is the intellectual property of ZN999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted no right, title or licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any ZN999 content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of ZN999 intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZN999 excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform and its services. ZN999 does not warrant that:
ZN999's maximum aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Funds held in that User's account at the time of the relevant claim.
